How'd you stumble upon this, anyway? Was there an issue with security_level that prompted you to look at the blame?

It was not a real bug or problem.
I put Modules/clinic/_ssl.c to AI context. Then it was getting confused because it could find a setter from the code but not from the documentation. I thought it could be less confusing if unused macro branch is not generated.
