Copilot free trial fails to reset after monthly limit exceeded

Hi,
I started using github copilot a month ago on the free tier then i ran out out of tokens and it said i should wait till (January 19) to continue using the free tier. I waited, and tried it yesterday 19th, it didn't work it kept showing i have to wait for January 19th, Today the 20th i also tried, but to my suprise the message changed to February19th.

What is going on and how do i fix this, did i do anything wrong?
I can assure you i haven't used it in the past 2 days. Also is their a way to see my token usage?

Hi, I've same issue. I took free trial that was showing Unlimited chat but now it is showing you exceeded the limit set in free plan. Can you please help urgently

Similar issue here, except i upgraded to the Pro Tier then alter downgraded. Following that, the quota failed to reset and each month I did not received any free credits, instead I have had a permanent exclamation mark on my vscode workspace for nearly 3 months. (lovely stuff)

Same issue here. My free tier was supposed to reset yesterday, but I checked it today and it's been pushed back by another month.
