There's usually a short cat-herding time at the start of the meeting and then occasionally we have some quick private business to attend to before we can start recording & streaming. I just added the tsc-agenda label to nodejs/node#40121 and would like to see it on the agenda for this week's meeting, as a decision there is time-sensitive. (17.0.0 release semver cutoff is today, I think.)

V8 Currency:

• V8 9.4 is stable, but deps: update V8 to 9.4 node#39945 is blocked on issues it introduced with the test-asan job.
• Canary was recently broken because of a new V8 dependency (abseil-cpp). Someone will have to port its build config to GYP: Port absl config to gyp node-v8#211
