Issue Description

The fix from #62170, is present in the commit history, but the published 5.9.3 release does not appear to include it.

Current Behavior (5.9.3)

Expected Behavior (as in Dev Builds)

Versions Tested

• 5.9.3 (stable release) → incorrect ❌
• 6.0.0-dev.20251001 → correct ✅
• npm:@typescript-deploys/pr-build@6.0.0-pr-62170-7 → correct ✅

The fix appears to be merged and released, but the observed behavior doesn’t match the expected output.

I verified that #61683 and #62465 are missing as well.

The package.json metadata for version 5.9.3 has c63de15 as gitHead. Looking at the history of that commit it appears that everything since #62438 somehow did not make the cut.

5.9.3 doesn't include everything in main and those PRs weren't cherry-picked back to release-5.9. So those will be out in TS6.0.

The package is correct, but the tag is wrong

I have deleted the tag and am recreating it now.
