Optional Chaining does not propagate receiver when parenthesized

console.assert(foo === (foo?.bar)());

Expected behavior:

foo should be propagated as the receiver to the foo.bar method call.

Actual behavior:

No receiver is propagated (due to the ternary breaking the receiver).
