Checks need more information

Check Runs and Statuses on GitHub.com have a secondary field which often conveys some important information.

Our handling of that in the pull request detail does not find a way to surface that information.

I'm tempted to add a tooltip, but I feel that is not very appealing from a UX standpoint.

Here's a quick idea of adding a second line the list of checks, which I think works well:

I'm also open to using a tooltip to keep the interface minimal since I don't think putting the supporting information would block or confuse someone's workflow.

How about we try out the 2 line approach and use a tooltip if we feel that it's too cluttered?

I also wanted to highlight that the "Details" link is in the second row. Unfortunately I won't be able to jump in to do visual tweaks in XAML since my development environment is still broken. 😭
