Support for androidx navigation3

Navigation3 is now stable so it would be great if we got support for it.

@ansman Thanks for reaching out, this is definitely something we want to support right out of the box. Just out of curiosity, what would you be most interested in? Is it just breadcrumbs or our tracing features as well?

I also see that nav3 has some more open APIs, do you think it's useful to see e.g. the whole backstack within the event context or the nav entry metadata?
