Remove misleading claims about D1 being designed for horizontal scale out across multiple databases and building applications with thousands of databases at no extra cost. Replace with accurate language about D1 capabilities and an admonition guiding users to the right database product (D1, Durable Objects with SQLite, or Hyperdrive) for their use case.
