In #446, renovate is pinning our bufbuild/ actions, which doesn't seem necessary.

There don't seem to be that many updates in that repo so maybe it's not a big deal to keep getting them.

Also, while I don't think there is in this case, for example if there was a security fix in that create-github-app-token update, it seems nice to get that automatically.
Of course no worries in disabling it but just wondering if it's worth it
