API: filtering by Fixing advisory and Affecting advisory not working

There is a bug in the advisories-packages filters where filtering by Fixing advisory and Affecting advisory does not work.

See the example where curl_importer_v2/CURL-CVE-2014-3613

We have some affected and fixed package in UI

But in API filtering with curl_importer_v2/CURL-CVE-2014-3613 is not giving any result

Also there is a bug in filter UI:
