Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some advice regarding a GitHub Copilot billing issue on an organization account.
We recently noticed an unexpected usage-based charge (around $57 USD) that appears to have been generated unintentionally. The payment has not been completed, and we’ve already taken steps to disable Copilot to prevent any further usage.
We’ve submitted a support ticket (#4190677) to request a waiver and to stop further billing attempts, but it has not been reviewed yet (it’s been about a week).
Has anyone experienced something similar with unintended Copilot charges?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
