Hello GitHub Community,
I'm reaching out here as a last resort after exhausting all official support channels with no resolution.
What happened:
I purchased two GitHub Copilot licenses on two separate accounts. Both purchases were successfully charged to my credit card, however neither license was activated on either account. The charges are confirmed on my bank statement, but the Copilot subscription is not active on either account.

This situation is unacceptable — I paid for a service that was never delivered. I would appreciate if anyone from the GitHub billing or support team could look into this urgently, or if any community member has experienced something similar and found a resolution.
