Summary

The endpoint GET /repos/{owner}/{repo}/immutable-releases appears to have a documentation/behaviour mismatch:

1. Disabled state behaviour
   • Docs suggests:
     • 200 if immutable releases are enabled
     • 404 if not enabled
   • Actual behaviour observed:
     • 200 with payload { "enabled": false, ... } when not enabled
