hey, getting this specific error usually means your account is desynced on their backend—like the system thinks your sub is active but the payment processor disagrees. check your billing and plans page just to make sure a card didn't silently fail, but if that looks clean, you actually do have to open a support ticket for this one. it’s not something you can fix by logging out/in; their support team usually has to manually reset the license state to get it unstuck. sucks to wait, but that’s the only real fix for this error code. |
