Yes, the new owner will see the full history, including all commits, branches, and tags, as long as the repository is cloned and pushed correctly. There are 2 options you can try. Option 1: Transfer the Repository (Best if You Own Both Accounts) Go to the repo’s Settings (on the source GitHub account). Scroll down to "Danger Zone" → click "Transfer ownership". Enter the new owner's username or organization. GitHub will ask for confirmation - follow the prompts. Option 2: Clone and Push |
