Hi,

I'm trying to run Seurat tutorials. While tring to clone a fork, I got this error message:

$ git clone https://github.com/nirjhar-aloy/Spoon-Knife

1. Check Folder Permissions:
   The error suggests that Git doesn't have the required permissions to write to the directory. Make sure you have write permissions for the O:/Spoon-Knife directory. You can do this by:

   • Right-clicking the folder and selecting Properties.
   • Under Security, ensure that your user account has full control or at least write access.
   • If you’re on Windows, try running Git as Administrator to see if that resolves the issue.

2. Check Disk Space:
   Ensure there’s enough space on your O:/ drive for the clone operation. Sometimes, an insufficient disk space error can cause Git to fail when handling large files.

3. Antivirus/Firewall:
   Sometimes, antivirus or firewall settings can block file access. Try temporarily disabling your antivirus or adding exceptions for Git processes to see if it resolves the issue.
