Start using absolutePathToUrlRegexp instead of absolutePathToUrl so we can customize the Regexp we use for Blazor scenarios
@connor4312 If you like this approach, I'll add some unit tests for BrowserSourcePathResolver.absolutePathToUrlRegexp
